Lee, I haven't heard anything about DCI getting any $$ from Wavetech, I assumed that would only happen if the merger went through. It would seem logical that we should get our shares back, it wasn't a huge number regardless so either way the impact is minimal IMO. As to what has happened to ITEL IMO, it was trading near par with DCTC only due to the planned merger (when trading below the price of DCTC, it appeared that this was a cheaper way of buying future shares of DCTC..but with the obvious risk that if the merger failed that those shareholders would own Wavetech, not DCI) so dropped hard when that merger did not work out. As a company, we can't really compare ITEL to DCI, their revenues have been decreasing rather dramatically, for instance and from the latest Q the company only had sales of a little over five thousand dollars for the past 6 months, which compares to $114,000 for the prior six months. ITEL has some cash, so hopefully they can put it to work and reverse this trend, I don't know. I think that even after the restatement that DCI is suppose to be running high 30's x million/year. Unless I am missing something, it appears that there is quite a bit of underlying value/share of DCTC, so even if the worst happens and we end up on the Pinks, I don't expect us to see anywhere the hit that ITEL took. Just have to see what happens.

James
