In the Q1 conference call, the CEO said that they were going to try to tell their story to some investment banks this quarter, so maybe someone went and visited them and likes the story? The move doesn't seem that strange - profitable companies should trade at least at book value, I'd think. Who knows? PR releases are not this companies forte!
