I have shorted $6 stocks, ALTIF and ZITL.
Both are short to zero plays and therefore
my investment return is 100% no different than shorting a
stock from 60 to 0, Just short more shares so dollar volume
is the same and you make the same total dollar profit.

BTW: it is a getting boring Qualcomm setting record highs everyday
