Yes your questions were SIMPLE, but your remark at the end of your questions try to draw a conclusion even BEFORE your questions were answered. Look: Where is their Nasdaq application? MicroForum still hasn't filed anything with the SEC and their original announcement was about a month ago. Did their private placement deal change their U.S. listing intent?If it has then I say forget this stock. So in essence you have answered your questions as you seen fit, without the benifit of FACTS. ______ If you understood the reasons for a PP you would know that MCF wants to expand and grow their revenue base. You need capital to expand at a fast pace in a competitive market. Please don't compare BII to MCF in the same manner, they are very different companies, going in different directions. I suggest you wash that sour Yorkton taste from BII out of your mouth and carry on. ....and yes MCF is vastly UNDERVALED when compared to RAZF...tell me the same thing when MCF is on the Nasdaq, right there beside RAZF. PS. I am not hostile, I am just blunt sometimes, you will get used to it. Jazzs
