I believe that you are absolutely right. This release is about as unsupportive as one can get without actually not releasing one at all. I doubt he wanted to have the patent release come out just yet. But why, Dr. H. seems to be overly concerned with releasing information that might bring his work into the limelight. I think there is good reason for this. He knows his time is at hand and he'll ring the bell when he, and the FDA, are damn good and ready. I am unconcerned and I still believe that Dr. H. knows exactly what he is doing. He is a scientist, he will let the price rise on the strength and merrits of the achievements alone. I think you can expect this to be the norm. Even if the FDA released an IND to ADVR tomorrow, you can expect no flag waving or chearleading from Dr. Hirschman.

There are at least 30 more patent applications being reviewed right now. Lets see, if half of those are excepted over the next 6 months and the price per share goes up .05 with each release we should break a dollar on that news alone. There should be other news releases along the way as well. As these patents are excepted and new studies commence for each, in the USA, the price per share will undoubtedly rise.

For many investors on this thread, patience has run out. I think it has run out right on the threshold of greatness. JMHO
