You are answering questions that I didn't ask. All I wanted to know was the status of the Nasdaq listing and you have provided nothing of substance to answer that question. Having Yorktown involved is not a good thing and I don't know how you can state that it is with a straight face. They are manipulators and don't think for a second that MCF will be immune to their poison. My interest in MCF is only predicated on a Nasdaq listing. I don't want to own a stock that is solely in the hands of Canadians. Since you are of no value plus are extremely irritating I went to the company for the answers. 27M shares outstanding 38M fully diluted The 20F form is about 2 months away from completion plus the 2 month Nasdaq approval process. So we are talking about a September listing date. That is quite a long way away. I will revisit this security at that time due to the fact that an investment in MCF between now and then will basically be dead money. GG
