I post on Yahoo.... " The news will continue to roll in because: 1) only three states so far have passed the Law- Calif, Tenn., Maryland...so many more to follow 2) the Calif. Law is effective July 1, and because of that BDX can't delay too much longer with MAJOR introduction press releases and ROLLOUT to Calif.- It has Bio-Plex to worry about - cna't let the competition get too much of a chunk of the pie up front...it think that logic says that BDX's product (still secret) will be the bread&butter super high volume PHLEBOTOMY (blood drawing vaccuum tubes/needles) that they SO MUCH DOMINATE WORLDWIDE!! - so BIG Product Intro. News ALSO wil come shortly.. 3) the high volume and price rise today will stir up talk- person-to-person... some analysts might EVEN take notice... yes...the day-traders are in- but that will lead to HIGHER daily volume... BUT... I think a big chunk is also Buy-and-Hold like me...because of the obvious $ 3 to $ 5 potential within 1 year...too many WON't be satisfied with a mere 40% or so gain ...the in-and-out gang... TOO MUCH GOOD NEWS YET TO COME... AND TOO MUCH EXPLOSIVE INCREASE IN REVENUES TO COME... for all of it (or most of it ) ONLY in&out day trades... But I do expect a correction today or within the next few days ... from the short-term profit takers/unbelievers... But it may not be more than 10-20% price drop AND THEN... BACK UP EXPLOSIVELY AGAIN with HIGH VOLUME AND STREAM OF POSITIVE NEWS FROM SHPI/BDX/JNJ and state and federal legislatures!!!!"
