Rich: "Some of us". ;-) Yah, their party could be somewhat ruined, given SEC mandated requirements that ANY order that comes in either a hair above the bid(let's saaay 1/32) or under the ask must be honored whenever "possible".

The MM's can't play with it as easily as in days of old, as long as you, as a "retail" client, can see which side they're on. But in VLNC's case, I fully expect whoever's doing this to still be able to complete their plan. Overall, however, VLNC's mired in a rut.

Now, about those p.o.'s.....
