LG - it may sound funny, but I have noticed the same thing. E-Trade always flunks out just before major market moves. Well .. let me modify that ... E-Trade always flunks out period ... but especially before something interesting is about to happen... By the by .... Rubin was a non-event and I was wrong. My personal feeling is that whilst LS maybe real smart, PR was better in the role. LS reminds my of Maddy Albright being handed the Kosovo problem. Capable person, but not the sharp responsive type required in negotiations or to talk a good game. JMHO. Perceptions are everything ... Regards Stephen
