Silknet (Silk) and Razorfish are flying today. Silk is up $6 and the fish is up $2.75. After seeing the announcement (see below)yesterday that Priceline selected Silknet's ecommerce software I was expecting some residual benefit to affect MCF. The news has given RAZF a boost but some downward pressure keeps us in this $8.25 range. Wingman MANCHESTER, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1999--Silknet Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:SILK - news), today announced that Priceline.com (NASDAQ:PCLN - news) has purchased Silknet eCommerce(TM) and Silknet eService(TM) to provide Priceline.com's customers with personalized shopping and online customer service support. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Priceline.com enables consumers to save time and money by naming their own price for a variety of travel, automotive and personal financial products.
