Regardless, litigation charges, and moving expense, they are still expenses that Ampex have to pay, They are not free. We, as shareholders have to pay for them. And also the solicitation that some people received, indicating that obviously someone is trying to jack up the share price in a short period of time, so that they can dump their holding at higher value. Might it be Bransom and his gang? I have been following this tread for couple of weeks before joining in. And I realized that most of you guys are very optimistic on Ampex, even though inside your heart, most of you are getting disappointed with ampex's performance (be honest to yourself). I think, most of you are waiting to bail out your ampex as soon as it reach the price you pay for it. This is so called "overhead resistance", that resist the share price to move up. This is just my personal opinion
