This trading is the spookiest damn thing. I mean, CUBE management is literally being forced to make a statement about any and all buyout rumors - right now - if they're NOT true! In the Forbes's article two days ago, management had "no comment" about the rumor. If there was truly nothing going on, they would just say "nothing going on." Companies tend to confirm the "negative" and have "no comment" on the positive until the result of the negotiations are known.
