if merger goes thru we can get max 3.28 worth of lsi on that day or something like that minus trade cost if you sell - or you can just keep the lsi

this goes as long as lsi is above 30

the least is around 2.6? if lsi goes under 24 but if that happens at this point --wow -- the merger is planed for the end of june but not for sure and we get to vote
