May 13, 1999, Hummingbird Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq:HUMC - news) and PC DOCS Group International Inc. (Nasdaq:DOCS - news) reported that they entered into an agreement in which HUMC will make a cash take-over bid for all of the common shares of DOCS at a price of $11.00 (Can.) per share.
