What concerns me are apparent contradictions:

1)Dolgoff saying patents included in this product.
would that mean optics which they are using their own?
their statement was "off the shelf components"
2) why was their counsel removed from case?

It should break down to two areas
1) Was there wrongful termination
2)If he signed patents over to company the most
he could go for is wrongful termination
