The Trust's relationship the Simtech flight simulator business is really smelly.

There is no doubt that there is something to this, since the county recorder's office shows a lease in 1998 for a refurbished flight simulator located at an office of Life Trust. That's one of only two records of Life Trust in the recorder's web database.

When Jeff called the Trust he discovered the company's message answering system: techstocks.com

The extensions are as follows:

100 Life Foundation General Delivery Mailbox
101 Symtech (I think)
102 Business Office
106 Jeanette Wilcher
201 Bill Wallace
202 Frank Gallagher
300 System Administrator

If you suppose that the trust really does have enough money to make a $100 M investment in HITT, why is it that they didn't have enough money to pay cash for the refurbished flight simulator?

Once the details of this come out, I don't think they will look good.
