To all: Anyone have a clue whether this news is good or bad for VGZ shareholders? So far the market prices of both Vista and Metallica are treating this potential merger as a non-event. I wonder what the exchange ratio of VGZ to MR will be. My guess is 3 VGZ equal 1 MR.
