OK fine. We will give you .43 shares of CMVT for each share of NICE.

Sorry we are very cheap around here.

Push us hard and maybe .50 shares. We could give you some cash too as we have a huge warchest. How 'bout stock and cash? All cash???

Although we have won this space, *OT* and reaaally despise LU because they raid their pension plan and cook their books *OT*, we only do deals that are additive to EPS.

I would love to run some numbers on this but I have yankee tickets and usually make mataka and ambrose do all the hard work.
