My friend, your comments represent inadequate information and/or inadequate research.

Hint: checkout the the other company C-Cube owns. It's about as "synergistic" with INTC as they come.

For INTC, if they want to instantly become THE leader in digital video broadcasting / communication, C-Cube represents a critical entry point. Your arrogance is blinding you too.
