Chris: the circus continues. Which DLP projector did you see: Proxima, Nvue, Infs. ? If PJTV management is being honest regarding the history of Dolgoff and his relationship to the company, then I would think they would clearly win the case against Dolgoff. However, if they have been dishonest with their shareholders, then they might lose and shareholders should bring suit against the management and Dolgoff and any earnings he might receive. I would think one way or another, Dolgoff will eventually lose. It is ridiculous how many lawsuits are filed against companies each year. We are one suing culture.
