I think you are right but new mgmt may see wisdom of shareholder friendly move that would also help CPQ stk in the meantime. Can always hope they see some of the precedents for this kind of spin out and the positive effect on all involved.

What do you see as the effect on CPQ stk if Mgmt does screw the shareholder. Their use of cash has been pretty lousy of late? Maybe we should start an E-mail deluge to tell them how shareholders feel about this?

Some big blocks after close 25k and 173k @ 26 1/8 some one accumulating big time around 26.
