Doc... When one of the shareholders suggested at the annual meeting that AV shares be distributed to the CPQ shareholders, Rosen seemed surprised and oblivious to the fact that shareholders would be upset if we didn't get shares. I wasn't there, but I guess he responded saying that "we will do whatever is in the best interest of CPQ." I don't see that the shares will be impacted negaatively if we don't get shares, but CPQ shares certainly would be impacted positively if they do distribute shares, imho. El
