Well, when you take over a bunch of companies that you've been selling to already the sales go away but the expenses don't. Ouch. Now on the statement about paying off the converts with cash....guess they mean they are going to borrow some more money and use it to pay off the converts. Some of the Pollyannas over on Yahoo! were under the mistaken impression that things were going so well at ABTX thay they would be able to do it with internally generated cash. What's another $25 million or so in debt between friends?
