I admit Cell-Loc looks very interesting. Unfortunately your info on Technor was deeply wrong.

First of all;
Technor has been able to position/locate GSM-Cellphones since September last year. A co-operation with ausys.com makes this possible and it has nothing to do with Base station synchronization. The accuracies are also far better than you suggest. In pressrelease from March 23:d, Technor mentions that 125m in 67% of cases will be possible.

Secondly;
Terminal based solution does not eliminate E911-market. Technor has both purpose-designed terminals, built for in-vehicle installation, and phone positioning. The purpose-designed terminals are built to withstand the harsh in-vehicle operating environment and are
completely hidden in a vehicle which is ideal for tracking and/or in the event of theft. Because Technor also does phone positioning, it again of course is not eliminated from the E911 market. FCC has recently issued an amendment allowing for terminalbased solutions, since they require much lower investments for the operator. Most other solutions are prohibitively expensive.

Third;
Any control center is hooked directly into the CellPoint Server system, either directly or via the Internet. There' also a web
application for smaller users to do tracking and positioning of their
fleets, via the internet connection. No modem or extra hardware is required in the GSM terminal or phone.

Friendly Regards
Helgo
