You are right, all the talk and bluster on this thread is speculation and educated guessing, I dont think any of us have an ear in the inner circles of the players.

However, to postulate that the US would intentionally bomb the Chinese embassy in Belgrade doesnt have much of a grounding, speculative or no. What ends would be achieved by doing so? What interest would it serve? Certainly not intimidating China, as if you could cow a nation by bombing their embassy! Such an action would and has produced the exact opposite effect than that which would serve US and NATO interests, namely, keeping China quiet and out of an active role in this conflict.
