Actually Mike, I just got off the phone with Russell and while we were talking he was downloading the report on his other line. He will be working on the formatting this weekend so he can add it to the site. Beyond that Les Price will be back in the office tomorrow after a week of meetings. We should expect some news shortly after he gets back. I also checked into when our stock will go ex-div, and that is one of the things that Les will finalize once back at the office. So, it's looking like... well... next week. Yes, I know, I know, but things are happening, and this time it looks like next week really is going to be the week! <ggg> --Coz
