I hope that Bernie isn't still expecting the same deal after he spins off his assets as he would have gotten before the spin off of assets. Especially now after CBQ has even more going for it. He really needs to bring more to the table than what CBQ already has under a different name. If all he brings in is intrapay CBQ should send him back out to think it over. Guess we'll find out all the details when everything is finalized either way. Bernie needs this deal now, it gives him Priority One which is what intrapay is, the auctions and the stock that he needs to reward his people with which they are expecting.
