Jocelyn, Your analysis looks just fine to me. The only adjustments I'd make is with the taxes and shares outstanding. I believe that the tax rate will be closer to 25% and from what I've seen from the most recent insider trading reports, we are now over 10 million fully diluted. Using your model, I calculate earnings of 22 cents/share for 1999. Rick.
