There have been some very positive developments and news announcements recently which
should help WaveRider stock in the next few months. Are you doing anything else in the IR
area?

The best and most reliable strategy to maximize shareholder value is to grow the company - and this
continues to be our first priority. Our announcements relating to sales and product development, as well
as the TTI Wireless acquisition, are just a few indicators of our recent progress. We are aware however,
that competition for investment dollars is intense and we need to take the WaveRider story to as broad
an audience as possible. Some of our recent and upcoming initiatives include:

Charles Brown's recent speech at IPSCON in Baltimore
Bruce Sinclair's interview with "Report on Wireless" newsletter
Our recent analyst conference call
Bruce Sinclair's featured interview with "Corporate Spotlight" on Northwest Airline
Bruce Sinclair's recent analyst/institution road show in San Francisco with another in New York
next week
An upcoming Platinum Snapshot on Stockhouse.com
Charles Brown will be speaking and exhibiting at a conference called Understanding Opportunities
for Wireless Internet Access in the Unlicensed Spectrum in Coral Gables, Florida next week
We are meeting with analysts and institutions on a regular basis in Canada and Carl Thompson is
continuing to arrange similar meetings in the US (San Francisco this month and Boston in June).

As you can tell from the above list of activities, we take communications with shareholders and the
investment community seriously. As we continue to progress fundamentally and grow the company, and
communicate our accomplishments to the market, we know that our success will be reflected in the
price of our shares.
