Look for big process changes when they go to
0.15 micron.

0.15 or 0.13? All I've read from Intel says 0.18 is followed by 0.13, whence they bring in copper. One of those Leff things?

Thanks for the other response on Intel being aggressive wrt adding processing cap. Sounds like a bullish indicator for them and some equipment makers.
