Even trying to decipher the value of these so-called oil and gas leases gives way too much credit to these guys. We're talking Monopoly money anyway. In fact, I'm presently trying to accumulate enough hotels on Boardwalk and Park Place as well as the green and yellow blocks to propose a counter-bid for the HITT shares. I'll even value my bid at the original $25 per share.

Another question: What happened to the concept of investment securities being exchanged for these shares of HITT? I have never heard of leases being referred to as such in my entire life. Maybe these amateurs thought they were violating fewer laws this way.
