I think he believes everyone is stupid. He wants to build a biz 2 biz protal company but spinning off the assets so I do not see how CBQ could benefit from a deal from Bernie and assetless CItx. I dunno but we shall see. Can't see CBQ giving him a bunch of stock and control of the company for projections and no assets when they could do a deal with GLP which is an established real company. Mike is not a stuipid man which is probably after seeing Bernie spinning off the assets decided not to send an execution contract or pay the expensives of going to Quakertown and doing the DD. :-) GB
