from what i got from cnbc. they didn't announce a profit warning. the cnbc reporter said that oracle is cutting cost to meet the expectations. the reporter also said that an analyst inferred from the "body language" that it was not as upbeat as it should be, so basically, cnbc made it sound like they are trying to meet the expectations, but it's too early to tell.
