Using the site you used, and selecting category "Mailing and Shipping Services" yields a quick list for the local area, for example:
switchboard.com

(Oddly though, that list includes a Mail Boxes Etc but not the Mail Boxes Etc in question, so maybe that's not the best site for this sort of search).

This won't be necessary forever, though - I heard on the news the other day that the US Postal Service has put into effect rules that prevent the use of a mail drop addressed as "Suite 250". Henceforth they must be addressed as "PMB 250" for "Private Mailbox 250". In September letter carriers are supposed to start returning such mail addressed to "Suite 250" as "undeliverable as addressed".
