You guys have it right... I guess my account isn't cancelled as yet. SBX is a non-factor here as CD-Plus.com will use SBX as to get listed on the TSE. After shareholder approval SBX management will dissolve with the cash payment to them and CDPlus.com will maintain their current management structure, and will continue to operate as CDPLUS.com. Without the hype this time I still hear there is a PR to come out by Monday.. After the false alarms I'm not holding my breath, but this is what I am hearing. As far as the two PRs at this point, I'm not sure where this stands. Patience here SBX'ers .... It is gonna happen..
