Kash,

My observations this quarter at retial are that the Celeron has taken away a lot of K6-2 market share, and that many of the AMD systems (even as of today) are in the 350, 380, and 400 speed grades. I have seen 450s from Compaq and IBM, but many more Celeron 433 and 466. My guess is that AMD does not ship 5 million units and that ASP does not improve. But, it looks like all systems are go for the K7. The check is still in the mail. I hope I'm wrong, but I expect a pre-announcement soon.
