Joel,

I would typically agree that dilution would be a consideration; however, if the warrants are exercised the revenue and earnings gains would neutralize the negative effects. I agree that the number of shares to be authorized looks extremely high. We may have some more alliances and partnerships, but we don't seem to need any additional cash or equity investors at least for the time being. With total dilution of the existing warrants I don't think we go over 45 million outstanding. Could be thinking of future splits....
