The machines are where the action is; the resort, etc. will lend stability and cash flow. Land is the asset base much as McDonalds who has the best looking land portfolio in the world. I think these guys finally found their nitsch(sp). The theme is more "one-stop-shopping" than "family" as I see it, although one can entertain their kids with various distractions the big money comes from momma and poppa playing the machines. The growth can also come from the racing which they are trying to expand to top quality. Gee, I just convinced myself! All in all this seems to have a lot more potential than the run-of-the-mill penny stock. In light of the fact that the DJ30 and NASDAQ darlings are erroding, this is looking good as a short term play and the downside is limited by the fundamentals. My kind of play!
