Greg- I checked out @Home's website, and cannot find any information about the shareholder's meeting on May 28th. I e-mailed someone for you, and will post any information sent my way. BTW on another note. If this MSFT/ATHM agreement has substance, wouldn't ATHM have traded higher on Instinet? It looked as though trades were in the 149 range after hours. At least those were the numbers I saw on Fast Quote. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Ed
