[I wouldn't say that, but...] Usually, after about 6 months, people really start to get in the groove. They stop just surviving and begin to appreciate and increase productivity from the system. Disasters can happen though, Foxmeyer (now Mckesson) is suing SAP and AC over an implementation where they basically when bankrupt not too long afterword. Usually, blame lies with all parties though for sure! MB
