Here's a little info and some speculation. I e-mail a company that once sold the Lodestar bike frame. Here's part of their response to my inquiry, Bulltek Sports wrote... "Well they were great bikes. Basically companies like this want to make millions of dollars right away and find the bike business very hard. So they quit. Great product though." Well they didn't quit, the company that was distributing the bikes YBM Magnex International through their subsidiary Lodestar quit, not the Mag. frame manufacturers. Old link buybyweb.com I believe at least for now YBM is shut down. So now the Magnesium bike frame manufacturers are in the process of developing a new distribution network, that's how MGTK came about. IMHO. Good luck, Greg
