Hi folks,
As a new JDX shareholder (bought at .90 on Tuesday) I've been doing a bit of searching for more information about The Hamilton Group, LLC and came across these two items which may give an indication as to who Jordex are dealing with..., assuming it's the same Hamilton Group, LLC. Sorry if they've already been discussed, they're news to me…, good news I think.
This quote is from the Brown University Entrepreneurship Program web site:
Steven Price is the President and Chief Executive Officer of LiveWire Corporation, a telecommunications investment and management company. He has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association and is on the Board of the Hamilton Group, LLC, a venture capital firm specializing in commercialization of military applications. Mr. Price was formerly President and CEO of PriCellular Corporation, a publicly traded cellular telephone operator. He has worked as an attorney, has served in the U.S. State Department, and has worked in mergers and acquisitions at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
This link to The Brookings Institute in Washington, DC:
brook.edu
details a news release entitled BLUE RIBBON PANEL FINDS U.S. FOREIGN POLICY OBJECTIVES IMPERILED BY BUDGET CUTS. Heady stuff…
The signatories to the release include a who's who of diplomats and business people including one Robert Ellsworth. Mr. Ellsworth is the Managing Director of the Hamilton Group LLC and Senior Partner of the Deane Group. He served as former Assistant and Deputy Secretary of Defense from 1974-1977, and as Ambassador to NATO from 1969-1971.
We sure do seem to be dealing with some high profile people…, with a definite military leaning. FWIW I bought for the obvious reasons…, 75 cents per share cash value, TSE listing, Carlo Civelli…, it wasn't rocket science. Now I'm starting to think it might be rocket science…, or missile science.
