Well... back around Dec.12 '96, 12 MILLION+ shares traded IN ONE DAY and a ~2 point loss resulted. 2 points is not exactly what I'd call a drastic move for a $20 stock (at that time). The point is, that for some reason, some people put on a set of blinders (guised as "fundamental analysis") when it comes to this stock, and fail to see any other opportunities that exist elsewhere in the market. I know a couple of people personally who have this mindset and refuse to sell even when they bought at $25-$30.
