oops.. i'm sorry.. i meant to ask about the SB-2a... i thought that was supposed to be filed a while ago? i know it was first supposed to be filed on April 16, then it was pushed back a week or two? is it not filed yet? if not, what is the reason?? any info would be appreciated. thanks.
