Correction: What's another $25 million or so in debt between friends? I said that earlier tonight, didn't have my thinking cap on straight. If they refi with debt they will be replacing the converts with some other kind of debt. The 20% premium payment will add only slightly ($4.7 million) to their debt load. Can't see them doing a straight equity deal because the dilution would be the same as they are facing with the converts. No cash flow statement or balance sheet in the release. Will be interesting to see how much their payables rose versus the increase in AR and sales.
