There are many places in the world where this can be freely sold. As for expiration they can keep it forever if they have stability data to back it up. No auditor in the world is going to let them value it at anything but LCM, so if the value is Market, it means they have shown they can sell it. Generally you have to expense it before you can get approval to legally sell it. Consider the US is an increasingly small part of the world market pie and approval here is not always critical to making money. It would seem ZONA has a fair chance at a revised NDA, especially if they can show some benefit to groups at risk for Viagra.
