I agree with your first comment. There is no advantage to PLCOP if it equals 6 X PLCO, so there will be less demand for it as it approaches that price.

What concerns me is what effect dilution will have on the price of PLCO when the P's convert. I know that's a ways off, but with so much more common shares the price WILL be affected.
