10Q is out. It shows no dilution yet this spring. I noticed that the shares out were the same May 3 in the Q as March 17 in the k. Those converts are out there, but they haven't converted yet.

There will be an annual meeting next week.

Meanwhile we wait for news of the next financing deal, which they simply must close within weeks or they run out of cash.

BTW, is anybody else out there? I'm talking to myself here.
