Doug, " what does it mean". It means profit taking and short term trading <g>. Long term I see CSCO and Siemens battling for nN> Chambers may have to dish out $70/sh IMHO to entice Mathews. That's only ~12 bill. I believe CSCO paid 9 bill for Stratacom, a loosing proposition so far,
