Obewon, it may be easier to talk in broad strokes...

Such as:
Voodoo3 is outselling Voodoo2 in the channel at launch. What, therefore was the number of units shipped during launch for Voodoo2.

If indeed 800M is what was sold last year in total board-level revenue (this agrees with my info BTW) then wouldn't greater channel sellthough equal greater revenue given same ASP?

It appears that short-term production capacity is more like 2M per quarter according to what DZ to me at the shareholders meeting. Long-term another production line would have to be added.

What does 50% OEM mean? Does 3dfx expect retail sales to decline 50% and OEM to make up the difference, resulting in a flat revenue? Doubtful. That assumes that 3dfx next products will suck, right?

If 5% is the average operating margin for the two companies (both with comparable revenue magnitude) shouldn't the combined company have an operating margin that's better than that?

I expect the conference call next week will enlighten everyone to the financial power (or lack of) for this company. I'll put my hat in the ring for a -9 cents for Q1. Seems obvious 3dfx already spilled the beans on this. I wonder why analysts even make estimates given they are just hoping on company guidance anyway.
